Be careful about their recommendations I was told my car needed the brake fluid replaced, based on a records review. Cost me $120. When I checked MY records when I got home I determined tha I was told my car needed the brake fluid replaced, based on a records review. Cost me $120. When I checked MY records when I got home I determined that the brake fluid had been replaced at the 45,000 mile service 20 months ago and was not due for another change for another 16 months. I'm not real happy. Edit to add: When the service adviser was made aware of this my $120 was refunded. More

Excellent service I came to an appointment with Love Honda to learn how my malfunctioning console might be fixed. The “home” menu screen had become white on black...looked and acted strange. That console has been a favorite feature of mine on this Civic. Jodie was quick to greet and welcome me. She took my 2016 Civic to address the problem, and it was not long until Jodie returned. The computer required a “hard start”, and was under warranty. I drove off happy. Glenn Stein, the manager who assisted me during my appointment, was so helpful and kind. The mechanic found a few other issues with my Honda Pilot.
