Teresa Emory and Sherry Falco were the two sales people who worked with us. They were patient with questions and kept us well informed about what each next step might be. Teresa spent a morning with us going over all the mechanical and electronic features of the automobile. She did not let us leave without covering everything. Karen was efficient and moved things along in a timely fashion. DJ Wilson ushered us in and made us comfortable when we had to wait for a few minutes. James the tech wizard assisted in setting up the phone. Bryan directed us to someone who could do a window repair. Very obvious the employees and staff like their jobs and their employer. Lo and behold, it could not be patched. Needed a new tire. Honda replaced the tire and my bill was $0. Now I’ll be a customer for all future service for my car. More
