Fantastic service Frances was my repair dept tech I called when I got a recall notice. She explained what the recall was about- the time needed to do the work- and the Frances was my repair dept tech I called when I got a recall notice. I made appointment and asked her to include my oil change She said no concerns and she would see me at my appointment I arrived and stayed I had an appointment- she immediately said yes mrs Blair you are here for the recall and oil change with me saying anything else. She asked for my keys to get information and said I would need to sign so I could wait there by here desk She showed me waiting area and the drive my car to back. The coffee was very good and cookies even better The repairs were completed in less time than she quoted - oh happy She also explained why my SRS light was coming on- and it was under warrenty. She had to order part but she called the next day and we set up appointment This time I walked in she greeted me by name and said what repair was to be. She again confirmed the time she told me when made appointment The phone charging station was not working and she graciously lent me her wall charger-I had a cord. The repairs again were done in less than expected and she had me sign paperwork. Both times my car was just outside area where I could see it without having to hunt I do not know what you pay her but it is not enough! She was friendly. Knowledgeable patient with questions to insure I understood She is the reason I WILL be back for any future needs— and when I get a new car next year She is a true asset to your company !! A+ service AND follow up the next day! I needed my windshield replaced on my Honda Sedan. Honda service recommended a local company to replace the glass. The other company was excellent a I needed my windshield replaced on my Honda Sedan. Honda service recommended a local company to replace the glass. The other company was excellent and they did the work on the Honda lot. Honda then calibrated the car and it was all done in one day. Glenn was terrific on the day of repairs and he called to make sure everything was OK the following morning. LOVE Honda makes you feel special. More
