Fantastic Service AGAIN! Recently, the button on the gear shift of my CR-V came off unexpectedly at 3:30 p.m. while I was running errands, so I drove straight to Love Honda, Recently, the button on the gear shift of my CR-V came off unexpectedly at 3:30 p.m. while I was running errands, so I drove straight to Love Honda, keeping my fingers crossed that at that late time of day, a temporary fix might be possible until I could get an appointment for service. Asst. Service Mgr. Glen Stein greeted me immediately when I pulled in, listened to my description of the problem (and to my apology for requesting unscheduled service so late in the day), told me it wasn't my fault that I'd had the little emergency and said the repair would be made while I waited. In less than 45 minutes, I was back on the road with the repair made AND an overall checkup of my car provided at no cost to me. I can't say I was surprised, though. I've been a Love Honda customer for years because of the consistently expert and courteous service the team there provides. Thanks so much ... I appreciate all of you. More
