Oil change, tire rotation This was the first time I have gone for service of my car (not just to Love Honda, but anywhere) and felt confident the technician (Fran) was not tryi This was the first time I have gone for service of my car (not just to Love Honda, but anywhere) and felt confident the technician (Fran) was not trying to talk me into more service than was really necessary or needed. She did point out some things that should be taken care of and gave me her opinion as to a timeline relative to their importance. Over the years I've conditioned myself to just say "no" to everything other than the service I originally went for. However, I felt Fran was being completely honest with me and felt that what she was saying was in the best interest of my car.... and also my pocketbook. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that! Good experience James was our sales associate. Was fairly new to the position but had a very “can do” attitude. To the point of giving us a test drive in one vehicl James was our sales associate.
