She said im not in office and call james he's been trying to call you , which was a lie because nobody called me , so i called at dealer for james and was put on hold for 15 minutes so i hung up . I went to dealership with check in my hand to find out whats going on with civic dealer trade , again no answer , so i told them i want to look at accord sport while im here , i looked at it and told them to give me a one time price no haggling . The first price was horrible cause i already knew the bottom they could go especially from other dealers price . I came there so i wouldn't have to drive to tampa for the other vehicles . the starting point price was almost 2k more than the MSRP , I did not want the paint protection or dealer listed options that they added , he said we start there . i wasn't happy with the price at all so i gave them one more chance and they blew it again , 2 k more than everyone else , i wanted the vehicle for 23,900 plus tax , and your 699 dealer fee , title transfer tag . the manager knew i was pissed and didn't do anything ,get this they wanted me to sign something before a deal! are you gonna record me while im signing the papers too ? Stop testing the waters before you come to your bottom line on car . I had my 3 and five year old with me , and i told the salesman look i want to mess around haggling , im ready to buy a vehicle, i already know your bottom price you can go so tell your boss lets do it without any haggling , but he tried and lost a purchase cause i checked with chad last ! Update they called and made everything right ! Thank you ! More

Simply put -- OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE Was using a car buying service and looking at a variety of makes. Had gone to 8 different dealerships in last 3 days. As for experience with DJ Wilson - I was in a difficult mood when I walked in having just had about the worst experience I've ever had in buying a car [this makes number 36 since we've been married]. Mr. Wilson handled the situation much more professionally than I did, which was fortunate since my wife fell in love with the vehicle that he pulled up to demonstrate for us after he had taken the time to listen to exactly what we wanted. Have dealt with probably over 150 car salesmen in my life, and I can truthfully state that DJ was the exception to the rule [POSITIVE]! More
