By far, the most pleasant experience in over thirty years of purchasing vehicles. The entire staff were helpful and pleasant. Very pleased with the dealership, as well as my car. The salesman, though, was not very good. He was not very familiar with the car, tried to tell me I couldn't get options I wanted (even though I knew I c salesman, though, was not very good. He was not very familiar with the car, tried to tell me I couldn't get options I wanted (even though I knew I could from building the car on-line), did not know the mainenance schedule for the car, and was moderately patronizing when he spoke to me. After I bought the car, when I picked it up I noticed that several options I had ordered were not on the car, which turned out to be due to a mistake on the part of the salesman. He was nice about it, but I still had to drive 75 miles back to the dealership to have the options installed. Also, when I picked up the car he had not set up the navigation system, and I had to call the dealership myself to get the code so I could set up the system. I also got MiniConnect on my car, and when I asked the saleperson how to set it up, he told me he really didn't know anything about the MiniConnect, but he was sure I could read how to do it in the car manual. I found all this VERY disappointing, seeing as he sells ONE car, I think he should know his product better!! My husband recently bought an Acura, and the salesman there knew the cars inside and out, answered EVERY question my husband had, and helped him with all the new technology on the car. That is what I expect from a salesperson!!! More

I don't think I have ever had a good experience purchasing a vehicle until now. I first used USAA car buying service to locate a vehicle who in turn contacted Mini Louisville. Approximately 7 minutes after hitting the send button I was contacted by Patrick Williams. Right away Pat got me signed up for extra cash. In the following phone conversations with Pat, I explained to him the vehicle I was looking for and that it was for my wife who was very specific in what she wanted. Pat was straighforward and honest about the liklehood of finding the exact car. He and Shannon Shelton were able to locate a 2012 Mini Coupe S that was a 98% match to the car we built on MINIUSA website. The car was still on the boat and due in port very soon. When the car arrived at the dealership late Friday night Pat arranged for the car to be prepared for our pickup on Saturday. My wife is very pleased with her selection of mini and I am very pleased with my selection of dealership and salesman. More
