Telephone and e-mai corrrepondence with Patrick Wiliams was as prompt and complete as being face-to-face. Diverse questions and concerns such as finances, options, models, and as simple as locking the tailgste, were all promptly resolved. More

I was sent to Mini of Louisville by a friend who had had an excellent experience in the purchase of his Mini, and was very pleased that everything I was told to expect was what I found. The entire staff is an excellent experience in the purchase of his Mini, and was very pleased that everything I was told to expect was what I found. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful, always quick with a smile, and very well informed. Terrence was perfect, helpful without being overbearing or pushy, but there with an opinion or solution when needed. The price was good, the car was delivered in perfect condition. Gordon in the finance/paperwork end of the sale was very professional and expedited the process to get us on the road and enjoying our new Mini as quickly as possible. We will most certainly send our friends to Mini of Louisville without hesitation. More
UPDATE: I continue to be harassed by this dealer with email and sales notices despite requesting no future mailings. As if I would ever own a MINI again. I sold mine thankfully, after fixing the Tu email and sales notices despite requesting no future mailings. As if I would ever own a MINI again. I sold mine thankfully, after fixing the Turbo, Timing Chain components, cooling fan, thermostat, sensor & outlet, water pump, and the belt tensioner, valve cover gasket. All replaced at 77,000 miles. The Turbo Oil supply line and seals had to replaced much sooner, right after having Mini of Lou perform a recall on the Aux. water pump. Character is revealed under adverse conditions. Any customer paying to buy an expensive car shouldn't be suprised that everyone involved in the process, goes out of their way to facilitate the deal. That's what they are there to do, sell cars! I rate Mini of Louisville a "zero" in character, for their failure to take corrective action after damaging my MINI, other than try to waste my time after going to them for service they had to perform under a recall on my 08 MINI Cooper S with 51K. After a recent visit to Mini of Louisville to have a recall performed to eliminate a fire hazard, the oil line to my turbo started leaking while there. It did not leak prior to my visit. They replaced one fire hazard, the aux. water pump, with two hazards. In addition to the new leak, the electrical wiring harness is now dangling, since they didn't replace the securing strap that was also evidently broken during removal. Mini of Louisville called during the recall service and wanted to charge me $500.00 to $600.00 to repair the new leak, supposedly saving me $$ since they were working in that area??? I checked my drivers license, it says that I WASN'T BORN YESTERDAY! I have 51K on my MINI and never had a leak, but Mini of Lou. suggested that this is a normal seal to begin leaking. I don't believe that or it would be recalled as a fire hazard more than the water pump, since it allows engine oil (flammable) to come out on top of the hottest part of the engine! I ordered the parts from another MINI/BMW dealership for around 75.00 plus shipping. It includes the Oil line, 4 seals and 2 thru bolts. One zip strip will stop the wire from dangling. I'll replace everything and take care of any future issues without their assistance. I like my MINI but for them to damage it, then try and charge me for it, is unacceptable. But if they were right, that these leak regularly, then other MINI's with a turbo should expect that as a part of your future MINI maintanence expense. Probably should estimate 1000.00 for this repair by itself! Don't forget the inconvenience of scheduling service, taking off from work to take it there and pick up your MINI. And I hope they don't make something else leak on your MINI when you take it there! Good luck doing business there, remember the song, "Smiling Faces"? More
I was looking through the dealership's inventory online and found my MINI. I emailed Patrick and he got back to me within the hour. We scheduled a test drive and when I arrived at the dealership he had the and found my MINI. I emailed Patrick and he got back to me within the hour. We scheduled a test drive and when I arrived at the dealership he had the car prepped and sitting out front waiting for me. I had a blast! He really knew the car and pointed out all the important features. He was never pushy, even when I said I wanted a couple days to think it over. When I called to reschedule our appointment he was very accomodating. The negotiations were quick and pleasant and he gave me a great price on my trade-in. The only thing I can find to complain about is the optional Mini-You package on the car. It jacked the price up an additional $2,000 for some premium floor mats and car care supplies. I like the standard mats, and could have done without it. More

Usually, working with a car dealer is an unpleasant experience. This time, it was nothing like the past. No shell games, no bait and switch...it was a pleasure instead of a frightful experience. It experience. This time, it was nothing like the past. No shell games, no bait and switch...it was a pleasure instead of a frightful experience. It did not take all day, and I drove off in the MINI of my dreams. They (Ryan and Gordon) worked with me to get the payments as low as possible, too. Ryan O'Neal (not the movie star, but my sales person) went out of his way to make sure I understood how to operate the controls, and he even set up my Sirius radio account for me. Yes, I get one year of free Sirius with the car. I am recommending Ryan and MINI of Louisville to all my friends. I will never go anywhere else! More
