Best dealership I've dealt with for buying and service I have had a wonderful experience over the last 2 years with my Q50. My typical experience historically is that good treatment from dealerships ends after the purchase/first few months, but this has not been the case with Louisville Infiniti. The service center is absolutely exceptional. Without any appointment, you pull up to the service center and are treated kindly and taken care of right away. They are extremely efficient and still have yet to try to sell me something I do not need like I expected. In fact, there is a cosmetic manufacturing defect on my wheels that the dealership could have easily resisted to fix for varied reasons, but have ordered me 4 wheels at no cost to me without any questions asked. My car is washed, and I am out the door with no difficulty whatsoever. Additionally, my car has been so extremely dependable, which is so important due to the driving associated with my job. Miguel treats you as a family friend, along with Anna Graff. Our cars have always came out of the Service Department better than they went in. We put a lot of miles on our cars. I have gone to to the Infiniti service center at sam swope for my Infinti services. I feel Miquel Leon is extremely professional and honest. I appreciate his help with my car and have continued to go swope for my Infinti services. I feel Miquel Leon is extremely professional and honest. Most recently he helped me make some decisions on my car that I really appreciated having someone who seems like they care and wanted to help me. This review is in regards to a recent experience with the service department at Sam Swope Infiniti. I took the car while in town because I wasn't getting answers regarding a noise when I was making right tur service department at Sam Swope Infiniti. I took the car while in town because I wasn't getting answers regarding a noise when I was making right turns. Upon arrival I was helped by Jessica. She seemed to be unfriendly and like she was doing me a favor talking to me. I made mention of the noise I was getting with right turns and asked if she had heard of the complaint. My DC area dealer had many cases of the same thing and multiple cars in at the same time. There was recent mention of a fix and I wanted to see if the dealership could help me. They put it up on the rack and informed me that it would require a $400 brake job. The brakes were replaced when I purchased the car used but not with Infiniti pads. The brakes were fine but I was told the rubbing was coming from there. I doubt they even drove the car to duplicate the sound and insisted it was this that was wrong. Even if they were right the attitude and service level I received would make a Hyundai owner mad. My car is under factory warranty and I have a factory extended warranty as well. I was charged just over $36 for them to tell me it was something without properly listening to my complaint or reviewing the full case. When I was in an area away from an Infiniti dealer I would take the car to a Nissan dealership. I would avoid these guys at all costs. More
