Anna was great to work with. Fast and friendly service. They got my battery cable issue fixed in a matter of minutes. I like that they vacuum and wash your car off when servicing, it's a nice touch. I took our 2018 QX80 in for a routine oil change and the service writer, Anna Graff, noticed it was riding a bit low in the rear and the air compressor was louder than it should have been. I didn’t notice i service writer, Anna Graff, noticed it was riding a bit low in the rear and the air compressor was louder than it should have been. I didn’t notice it, but she was right. Turned out to be a bad compressor valve and it was still covered by the bumper-to-bumper warranty. They fixed it while I waited, changed the oil, rotated the tires, did an inspection and washed it too. $143.18 total. Great service as always. More
My first visit to the service dept and Anna made me feel like she had known me forever. The lounge was set up for social distancing and the coffee bar/snack area was fully stocked, neat and clean. Anna made me aware of a recall on my vehicle and everything was taken care of (2 recalls) within the time frame I was given upon arrival. Checking out was seamless and I drove home in my freshly washed car. Great experience. Well done Anna Graff! More
