I am utterly disappointed in lack of service and understanding that my wife and I experienced today. We brought in our 2020 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport that we purchased here last year for an oil change understanding that my wife and I experienced today. We brought in our 2020 Infiniti Q50 Red Sport that we purchased here last year for an oil change and tire rotation. We have less than 16000 miles on our vehicle and we are informed we need four new tires with no further explanation or willingness to discuss how that is possible or ways to remedy the situation or meet us at least half way. The service manager agreed that he would not be happy with replacing sport tires every 16000 miles on his vehicle. After getting back home and researching the situation, it appears that the Dunlop tires on the Infiniti Q50 Red Sport are known to have defects in the valve stem that result in a bumpy ride that definitely does not make you feel like you are driving any form of premium or luxury vehicle. I am not accustomed to giving bad reviews and always try to see things from their point of view; but, as a business owner myself I can not imagine not trying to remedy a situation that was clearly not the customer's fault. I have purchased multiple new vehicles in my lifetime and based on this experience, I will never own another Infiniti. More

I must say, Zack impressed my husband and I with his motivation, responsiveness, and great customer service. We are in Tennessee, and we were looking to buy in nearby states. Zack was so detailed in his videos, pics, and calls about the car and we really built trust with him being our eyes, ears and nose when viewing a car. We completed our purchase, Zack was still great at following up to make sure we were happy and to make sure he could answer any questions. While working with Zack, his management team really seemed to be responsive as well. I would recommend Louisville Infiniti and especially Zack (and already have)!
