Natalie interacted with our kids and even made them feel special. Our test drive was not only informative, but also fun. She has a wonderful personality. Natalie isn't your typical salesperson. In fact, she's a breath of fresh air. The day we came in was busy, very busy, and even though our trip took longer than expected she stayed with us the whole time, even installing a new battery in the dark. I'm very pleased with our purchase and Natalie went the extra mile to make us informed and taken care of.
