I just purchased a new unit yesterday at this place and I had her as my sales person and personality she either needs to be trained better because they have definitely dropped the ball on my purchase!! She was told in advance by me and my wife what we were wanting on the vehicle so after all day long we finally agreed on one that had the best package that we were looking for!!! But somehow after we took ownership of it my wife called me in our other car and said she couldn’t find the navigation system and she couldn’t find the sonar button on the dash but we had just test drove the it and hour before!!! But they said it was just a honest mistake because both vehicles were the color in and out the only difference was the one that we were buying had the other features that we wanted so I had to drive it back to the dealer and she said she couldn’t have made a mistake like that because we bought the other one because she didn’t know why we were upset l have never seen anything like this in my 49 years on this earth I would definitely not recommend this place or especially her because she is not a knowledgeable person in my opinion for in depth information about INFINITI!!! I wish you luck if you decide to shop there!!! More
