My first visit to the service dept and Anna made me feel like she had known me forever. The lounge was set up for social distancing and the coffee bar/snack area was fully stocked, neat and clean. Anna mad like she had known me forever. The lounge was set up for social distancing and the coffee bar/snack area was fully stocked, neat and clean. Anna made me aware of a recall on my vehicle and everything was taken care of (2 recalls) within the time frame I was given upon arrival.
