It is the best auto group we have ever had and we have had several. They are honest, kind, friendly, etc. Natalie Parrish, Danny - business manager, Matthew Murphy, Anna in service and others. They have pleasant attitudes and are patient with you. The showroom is very clean and has a very nice waiting area. Natalie, Danny, Matthew and Anna know us by name, even if we have not been there in a while. This is our 3rd vehicle in 21/2 years from them and they have always taken care of to the utmost highest level. We also love that they will come and pick up our vehicle and will return it when it needs to be serviced. They also have manners and are very respectful when they provide us with a nice and safe vehicle. Over the years, other dealerships and we have had some, Ford, Chevy, Toyota to name a few and none have been as good as your Louisville Infiniti. We are sold on Infiniti! We only hope we get 13 years out of this QZX 80 like our Toyota we had. We Love this vehicle. Thanks for asking us your opinion. More

I took our 2018 QX80 in for a routine oil change and the service writer, Anna Graff, noticed it was riding a bit low in the rear and the air compressor was louder than it should have been. I didn’t notice i service writer, Anna Graff, noticed it was riding a bit low in the rear and the air compressor was louder than it should have been. I didn’t notice it, but she was right. Turned out to be a bad compressor valve and it was still covered by the bumper-to-bumper warranty. They fixed it while I waited, changed the oil, rotated the tires, did an inspection and washed it too. $143.18 total. Great service as always. More

Louisville Infiniti and Ian were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We were first time Infiniti buyers and were considering a wide variety of QX80's from new to used. Ian was patient with u from start to finish. We were first time Infiniti buyers and were considering a wide variety of QX80's from new to used. Ian was patient with us as we explored multiple vehicles. He often referenced each vehicle for comparison purposes and explained the pros and cons of each. We never felt rushed or pushed into making a decision. Ian showed outstanding knowledge of each vehicle and various financing options which helped us make the best decision. Cam was also helpful and fair when it came to pricing. We came to an agreement and left feeling positive about the price we paid for the QX80. Most car buying experiences are not overly enjoyable, but we could not have had a better experience. We would not hesitate to recommend and would visit again for our next car purchase. More
