Poor customer service in their service department. Brian, the service manager, is very unprofessional. After explaining my frustration with my car being in their service department for the same issues Brian, the service manager, is very unprofessional. After explaining my frustration with my car being in their service department for the same issues, Brian proceeds to call me and was very aggressive and rude like it was my fault that I was frustrated with my service experience. He is not doing his job effectively and needs to be replaced! I filed a complaint with Ford Motor Company they were so bad! More
Failure to inform owner I purchased my 2010 f150 at louisburg Ford because I live in Louisburg, I wanted to have a service relationship for my vehicle. I could of saved $1500.00 and had more options if I had gone to a dealer in Leavenworth fact. I chose Louisburg Forad as I mentioned for the service relationship that they failed me on. For 8 years they had the knowledge and opportunity to inform me to NOT USE THE REAR DEFROST in doing so could possibly bust out my rear drives side glass. Google it it's a thing. Well shame on you for your failure in informing your service customers. People for now on go for the deal NOT the service relationship.. More
