Louisburg Ford Family We recently purchased our second vehicle from Louisburg Ford. A new 2020 Ford Ranger XLT. No other dealership that we visited in the KC metro area We recently purchased our second vehicle from Louisburg Ford. A new 2020 Ford Ranger XLT. No other dealership that we visited in the KC metro area could compete with Louisburg Ford’s pricing and customer service. There was never any pressure to buy, they made us feel welcome and that we were fully informed and comfortable with our purchase. Everyone on the sales staff and the service department are very friendly and knowledgeable. Our incredible sales rep, Brian Parise, sold us both of our vehicles. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchases, making sure we understood every detail of the financial paperwork. At the end of the sale, even though they were getting ready to close up shop, he came out to the truck with me to walk me through the FordPass setup and showed me all of the cool new features that Ford has put into these vehicles. During this visit we also inquired about a recall on another one of our Ford vehicles. We decided to leave the car with their service department at 5:00 that evening. We received a call at 9:00 the next morning saying that the recall work was complete. We have had work done at Louisburg Ford’s service department many times and each visit was pleasant and prompt. Louisburg Ford definitely make buying a car an easy, low stress process. I can’t say that bout any other dealer I’ve visited. We always leave feeling like we are part of the Louisburg Ford family. I know that family feeling means a lot to them as they show it in the way they treat every customer. We will definitely purchase from them again when our kids are ready for cars. More
Failure to inform owner I purchased my 2010 f150 at louisburg Ford because I live in Louisburg, I wanted to have a service relationship for my vehicle. I could of saved $1500.00 and had more options if I had gone to a dealer in Leavenworth fact. I chose Louisburg Forad as I mentioned for the service relationship that they failed me on. For 8 years they had the knowledge and opportunity to inform me to NOT USE THE REAR DEFROST in doing so could possibly bust out my rear drives side glass. Google it it's a thing. Well shame on you for your failure in informing your service customers. People for now on go for the deal NOT the service relationship.. More
