Purchased a used car "as is" of course, but also purchased a service contract. Took car in for a repair and claim was denied. After several attempts to find out why, they finally told me me "Since w purchased a service contract. Took car in for a repair and claim was denied. After several attempts to find out why, they finally told me me "Since we knew the car was making a noise from the rear differential before selling it to you, it is considered a pre existing condition and is not covered. " So basically, they sold me a car with a known issue,(which is also a safety concern) sold me a service contract that they knew would not cover said issue. And smiled as I walked away. I had no idea at the time that I was doing the walk of shame. I am currently speaking with a lawyer about the arbitration process and to see if I stand a chance. I'm guessing no because legally they have themselves covered pretty well (almost as if they have experience in this type of thing) but if there was a court based on ethics, I would absolutely win. A previous response from them basically stating "We will try not to screw over anyone else in the future" does me no good. Here is the actual response-Dealer response Customer service is one of our top priorities, so we are disappointed to hear we failed to give you with the quality experience you deserve. Please know that we take all of our customer reviews, both good and bad, very seriously in an effort to improve our products and services. After speaking with you in detail yesterday and better understanding your concerns, our General Manager is already putting procedures in place to prevent this from happening to future customers. Thank you again for your feedback. They did however " try to make it right " by offering to pay for half of the repair. So rather than pay the 100 dollar deductible, I would be responsible for 16 times that amount at 1600 dollars(keeping in mind I already paid 3126 dollars for the service contract) How considerate of them. That should make everything ok, right? I am 45 years old and have never been done like this. Never had such anger, regret, distrust, and down right disappointment in anyone or anything. More
As pleasant of an experience you can have while buying a vehicle: Tim was efficient, knowledgeable and personable- not pushy in any way. All sales people should be like Tim! I must say that I have always felt very uncomfortable taking my automobiles to any shop for repairs until purchasing my truck from Loudon’s. They have been doing my oil changes along with a headliner re taking my automobiles to any shop for repairs until purchasing my truck from Loudon’s. They have been doing my oil changes along with a headliner replacement and a few other small adjustments. All the service so far has been great, even the headliner replacement which is a difficult job to accomplish. You can not tell it was replaced! Danielle and Blake are always very good at listening to what I tell them and getting that info to the mechanics. Keep up the excellent work and we will be making more purchases from you! More

Amazing service department and crew! Had my vehicle at 3 other shops for a noise in the front end and they figured it out in less than 15 mins and saved me a ton of money!
