For about a month I had been searching for a new vehicle and after finding one of interest on their website I went ahead and reached out for more information from them. In no time at all, Andy, a salesman with Loudon responded to my request. I told him what I was looking for and made an appointment to make the 60 mile drive to Loudon to look at the truck. Again, having bought more than my fair share of vehicles over the years, I figured that I knew what I was in for. My experience outweighed my expectations by far. From the moment I pulled onto the lot until the time I drove my new vehicle away, I felt as though I was part of the team. Yeah, I know what some of you are saying, "No kidding, they are salesmen, it's their job to make you feel this way." and although I agree with that thought, this was simply different. The phone was ringing off the hook, internal salesmen were conducting business with him, and he was trying to locate a specific truck for me. Ricco went out of his way to check his inventory and beyond to get me in the truck with all the options I wanted. It was amazing how calm and patient he was in such a busy environment. Ken Toalston, the Sales Consultant went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase both pre/post sale. He went over all the truck features, answered every question I had, and made sure that I was truly comfortable with everything about the sale.
