Before going and giving them a 1000 plus I drove my car over 50 miles to get there after their mechanics worked on it barley got down the street before calling a wrecker and have it taken to some real mechanics not part changers. Likes to take advantage of elder folks BEWARE!!! More

From out of town and stranded We were traveling from Philadelphia to Florida for family vacation. Driving along I-95 South our van died. We called triple A and after being told there would be at least a 2 hour wait we called Mike Murphy Kia. We explained the situation and Greg was awesome. He recommended a tow truck to call. We got the broken down van towed to the dealership and Greg, Karl, and Tre helped us out. We wanted a reliable car that had some space that wouldn't break the bank. They came through. They also reccomend a hotel so we could get some sleep. We were able to get on the road and continue our vacation. We can't thank Mike Murphy Kia enough. More
I have bought Kia's since 2000, I dealt with this man over the phone ,I 'm not satisfied with my car, first I thought I was getting a 2018 after all mine was a 2015 with not even 15. I dealt with this man over the phone ,I 'm not satisfied with my car, first I thought I was getting a 2018 after all mine was a 2015 with not even 15.000 miles on it. the bluetooth does not work the cell phone right I have to go in and change everytime we use my husbands phone the other one was a lot easier,this one will not stay on the other ph at all. As fort he year technically I bought a car already 2 years old the 2019 are on the way out if not out already. I was told they would get the rain guards for the car but said it would take them 30/40 days to get them if I wanted to go ahead and get them they would reimburse me,well I did got them in a couple day's,I let them know the cost was $60.00 when I contacted them yesterday about the check I was informed he didn't have the right to do that but a promise is a promise,they still owe me $60.00. I'm very unsatisfied with car and experience so will not be buying any future car,and don't know about the recommendations.. More
Deceitful Fast talking, lying employees. Gave me the speech on how Kia is all about Warranty & safety. Said all New Kia's come with extended warranty. No worrie Fast talking, lying employees. Yeah, I fell for it, after looking closer at contract couple days later, I see where I PAID $3000 for that extended warranty without giving permission. I could have bought a warranty else where for half that. Somehow even though I thought I was prepared, I drove off paying sticker price even though I had $12,000 put down. BUYER BEWARE, go to Savannah or Jacksonville to buy your Kia. More

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The service department is AMAZING! I broke down on I-95. Turns out my fuel pump went out. I originally had it towed to a local mechanic shop... th The service department is AMAZING! I broke down on I-95. Turns out my fuel pump went out. I originally had it towed to a local mechanic shop... that guy screwed everything up! He then drove it to mike Murphy Kia (keep in mind, it should have been towed)! Thank goodness the service department wouldn’t let them drive it off the lot. Turns out, the first mechanic changed the wrong fuel pump, broke the fuel line...and then blamed it on a RAT!!! Dan and the rest of the service department went above and beyond to get my vehicle up and running again. In fact, they told us they had to change an o-ring that the first mechanic broke/damaged... it was supposed to be in on Tuesday. My husband and I drove down that day, as it would only take a few minutes to fix/repair once the new part came in. Well the new part didn’t come in and we were 2.5 hours from home. Dan and his team graciously took apart another Sorento they had on the lot, so they could put it in m my car! This dealership by far has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with! Thank you Dan, for going above and beyond your job duties! More

There was no ridiculous dramatic back and forth, just simple exchange of information to buy a new car. Karl was a pleasure to work with, listened carefully to my financial limits, was very informative and direct, and absolutely never pushy. I had been very hesitant about purchasing a new car since it had been 16 years since the last purchase. But I was pleasantly surprised at the relaxed and congenial atmosphere. I really appreciate everything about Tre's interaction with me. He is incredibly competent, funny, easy going and perceptive. His knowledge of financing, the credit score process and how to apply that in individual scenarios is impressive. I really appreciate his help, and am glad I got to work with him. More

A redeeming deal! My first car buying experience with a different dealership did not go as expected. I got a good car, but a bad financial deal. After trying to trade-in at a few other places, with no success, Karl Thomas and Mike Murphy Jr. took the time to put me in a good car with a much better financial deal. I am very pleased with the personal service I received from their awesome staff. It was definitely worth the trip and time spent. I will absolutely go back to see Karl, Mike Tre, and Teresa when I am ready to trade-in again! PS. I LOVE my new-to-me Kia Optima!! More
