She told us that her experience was very good there, so since we were looking to replace the Kia we had with a newer model, we went to Mike Murphy Kia in Brunswick. From the moment we made contact with Mr. Kato, our salesman, we were not only provided with top service and courtesy, but complete knowledge of the vehicle we were interested in. Once our choice was made, Mr. Thomas and his finance team put together a no hassle deal with our trade and and before long we were leaving the dealership in brand new vehicle that we were completely satisfied with. During the process, Both Mr. Murphys, (Sr. and Jr. ) stopped by to introduce themselves and let us know that we were in good hands. The entire staff that we came in contact with treated my wife and I respectfully. I WILL be returning to this dealership when its time to upgrade my wife's Kia next year. Best buying process from a dealership First, I want to start of stating that I equate car shopping to getting root canal. To top it off, we were in a little bit of a hurry so I didn't want to waste a lot of time there. We went in looking for a 2020 Telluride SX and I was expecting this to be a painful high pressure experience with price gouging due to it being a new model. However, this wasn't that! We were greeted by Amanda and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. We knew what we were looking for and she was able to help us find what we needed and answer our questions. I understand that there is always a negotioation process but this wasn't too bad and I feel we got a great deal. My ONLY complaint is that I think the desks are too close toghether and there wasn't really any privacy to discuss the financials of the deal. My wife and I had to go outside for that which, in the grand scheme, wasn't that bad. However, when it comes to personal finance discussions/decisions, there should have been a more private place to discuss it then at an open desk. Another HUGE help in the process was Eric Cabrera, in the finance dept. He heard we were in a slight hurry and went through and placed highlights everywhere we had to sign before we came in. This was a huge timesaver not having to hunt for signature places. It was also nice that Mike Murphy Jr. came over to check on the deal and explain part of the process to us. All in all, it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend MM Kia to anyone looking for a Kia. More

Herb and Dan is Service are Amazing!
