Worked hard to make a decent deal We were very happy with our experience at MMK. We stopped in to see about trading a car we owed too much on. Initially, the salesman said to hold on We were very happy with our experience at MMK. We stopped in to see about trading a car we owed too much on. Initially, the salesman said to hold on to the car for a little longer and try back in another 6 months to a year. Later that day, we received a call that said Mike Murphy heard about our situation and knew we were veterans (it wasn't yet veterans day) and wanted to try and help. We were able to trade the car we owed too much on (even though re-financed part of the negative equity) and get a much better vehicle that worked for our family. I think Mr. Murphy has a read on every single deal and cares about customer satisfaction. More
