I just today (2/19/2020) obtained a 2020 Kia Optima from Mike Murphy Kia, Brunswick, GA. I decided on a 48 month lease for my Optima S. I worked with Amanda through out the process of first "window shopping", including several other local dealers, Amanda was Fantastic! I contacted each dealer for specifics, but always came back to Amanda and Mike Murphy. Once I made my choice of Mike Murphy, Amanda worked with me in advance of my arriving at the dealership to make sure everything was in order when I arrived and to limit my actual time at Mike Murphy's. She greeted me as soon as I arrived. I immediately felt very comfortable. She took time to introduce to Mr. Mike Murphy. Amanda sat in the vehicle with me and pointed out all the features and how they worked. She then had me take the vehicle for a ride around the block to make sure I was comfortable with it and to further show me how the many features worked. We then sat and went thru specific paperwork items. She then had me meet Tre Dorrity who would handle all the financial paperwork. Tre is a great young man with the right attitude. I can only say this was a great experience. Amanda, Mr. Murphy and Tre were very friendly, yet very professional. Mike Murphy Kia of Brunswick , Ga is the Best dealership i have ever had the pleasure of buying from. There exceprional service began with my parents buying a vehicle from them. Seeing what amazing cars they got i decided when it came time for my husband I to buy our first family vehicle that we should check out what Mike Murphy Kia had to offer. We left with an awesome 4door kia that was the perfect car for our family. Unfortunately there where some recall issues that left us needing a new car within a year which is heartbreaking news for a single income family. I feared the worst when we went back to the dealership to resolve our vehicle problems but Mr.Mikes exceptional staff was able to get us into a very similar model except it was 7 years newer and the payment only went up about $30.00! Crazy awesome right? This dealer and his staff have done everything to help our family stay on the road in safe kia's for years now. There family is part of our family. They even went above and beyond yet AGAIN. Yesterday I had a problem with my Sorrento's battery and the owner of the dealership called me personally when he found out and offered to replace my vehicles $300 dollar battery for free . It was not covered on any of our warranties or insurance but he still wanted to fix it for us!!! I am so blown away by the level of service and car this dealership has shown our family. I honestly believe if you are ever looking to buy or trade or have any vehicle needs that if you go to Mike Murphy he will take amazing care of you . You will get to have the best car buying experience and get a level of service you have never received from another dealership before. Our Kia Soul saved our lives In May, we bought a Kia Soul to replace a 2005 Ford Escape with 237000 miles on it. The Soul was comfortable, gas efficient and had enough room for stuff etc. On January 15, we were in Atlanta and got hit from behind and pushed into another car at a stoplight. The guy that instigated the wreck left the scene. My husband and I have bruises from the seat belts. Our daughter was in the back seat and she is fine. We went to look at the car at the collision center in Atlanta before we headed back home. That car is a tank! The damage appeared to be minimal and I was impressed. It was totaled after all and we have replaced it with another 2020 Soul because we love and trust it that much! Definitely would recommend this car! More
