The Best car-buying experience ever. I was in the dealership a couple of months ago,and I looked at a KIA Sportage......It was love at first sight. Had an excellent experience working with Eric. I was calling around to dealerships trying to find the right vehicle. I was looking for a 3rd row Sorento. The dealership happened to have a really amazing calling around to dealerships trying to find the right vehicle. I was looking for a 3rd row Sorento. The dealership happened to have a really amazing used SX option that had just come in. Eric could tell that I was looking to make a trip for "the car" and not to go car shopping. He was insanely patient with us and provided every piece of info I needed to make the trip with confidence. He was even better in person. He made sure we understood everything about the contract, that we were super comfortable with operating the vehicle, and he kept us company while we waited with our two kids.
