Lou Sobh Honda - Service Center

First time, but not the last. My son inherited his grandmother's 1997 CR-V. Grandma only had one key so we stopped in to Lou Sobh to get a second (because sometimes Mom and Dad nee My son inherited his grandmother's 1997 CR-V. Grandma only had one key so we stopped in to Lou Sobh to get a second (because sometimes Mom and Dad need to drive the car too!). We were introduced to Moose, who is more of a teddy bear, who quickly got us a spare key and told us it was a gift of congratulations for my son getting his first car. When "the boy" (at 6' 4", like Moose, he's not quite what he seems) is ready for a new Honda, we'll be back. More

Customer lobby very comfortable, not to mention complimentary drinks and snacks. Most employees that pass by are quick to say hello...very friendly. While vehicle is being serviced Technicians also inspect other parts of vehicle from brakes to belts. To tie everything together you get a free car wash! The charge on services are comparative to other shops, some I find are even lower. I've been to many shops in the area(I've been in this area 30 years) and none rate as high as Lou Sobh, great experience. Robert Hosey More
