Good experience I had to take my 2006 Honda Element in for a factory recall. The girl in the service bay area was very nice and helpful. Since I didn't have a rid I had to take my 2006 Honda Element in for a factory recall. The girl in the service bay area was very nice and helpful. Since I didn't have a ride, I opted to wait for my car to get finished. The waiting room was full, but it did not feel crowded. There were high-rise tables and regular, padded chairs. Wi-fi was also available as was complimentary coffee. Experience was good. Nothing negative to report. As I said earlier, my only "disappointment" was that I heard them say twice (once to me and once to another customer waiting) that they would have "our car washed and brought out to us." I'm not sure what "washed" means in carland, but it definitely does not mean WASHED (i.e., CLEANED on the outside), as my car was brought out just like I took it in. A little disappointed after what I thought was going to be a nice surprise. Other than that, no complaints whatsoever! Very nice place! More

Expertise, Courtesy and Caring I live in Big Canoe, a mountain community almost an hour north of Cumming. The Honda's battery was no longer reliable. I needed roadside assistance twice to get it charged enough for the drive to Lou Sobh. Haley in customer service understood and gave me a flexible arrival time; At the service center I was helped by a professional who described what needed to be done to my car in addition to the battery. I asked to have a couple of other things checked. While waiting for my car, I met with the technician serving my car. He explained in detail what needed to be done in addition to the battery. He was very helpful and informative and I appreciated his advice as I am not a car care expert but I need a safe reliable car, especially where I live in the mountains. There are car service businesses closer to home but I always feel that I am getting the best service possible when I go to the Lou Sobh Service Center. They care.. . More

Excellent service department I was greeted promptly by Mac. I asked him to check to see if I needed my tires rotated along with oil change (I did). Heather Cullen has always provided excellent service when I bring in my Honda. I initially went to Lou Sobh to have a broken right outside mirror replaced. I received such good service that time, that I have taken my Honda back regularly for maintenance work ever since. When I was out of town over Christmas, I even waited until I got back home to take my Honda in for the required oil change. I could have taken care of it while on the Georgia Coast, but I wanted Lou Sobh to do the work. More
