Oil Filter and Oil Change and Tire Rotation I was too busy as usual to remember in advance to make an appointment, so I took a chance on this past Tuesday and showed up to have an oil filter, oi I was too busy as usual to remember in advance to make an appointment, so I took a chance on this past Tuesday and showed up to have an oil filter, oil change, and tire rotation. I don't have my paperwork in front of me so I apologize I do not remember the gentleman's name who met me when I arrived. After I arrived I was promptly greeted to drive into the service reception area. I explained why I was there. I asked at his desk since I didn't have an appointment would this be a few hours? And he immediately responded, no, we will be done between 45 minutes and an hour. And that was the case. The amount was the amount approved and because my new CRV (almost 6 months old) only had 10,000+ miles, all the other checks were good. More
