They dealt with all my "one more things" that I forgot to mention at the time of drop off. The car was ready on time, the price was what was quoted, and the jobs were done exceptionally well. Untruthful experience After replacing my ignition switch my horn didn't work so I took it back to Lou Sobh Honda and Sar Chanthala told me it would cost well over $100 to r After replacing my ignition switch my horn didn't work so I took it back to Lou Sobh Honda and Sar Chanthala told me it would cost well over $100 to repair even though it worked just prior to my first visit and didn't afterwards. I went home and removed the panel and the horn plug wasn't in. David later called and apologized but the damage is done. Either Sar or the tech that supposedly looked at it lied. I don't know if this is systematic, calling to apologize after they are caught, or not but beware!!! I waited 2hr 18 min. More
