Exceeded the Expected I brought my 2016 Honda CRV in response to a letter I had received concerning a re-call. I had made the appointment a week earlier. When I arrived, I was promptly met by Tala Sar, who was my tech from start to finish. I decided to get an oil and filter change while I had the car there. The projected time for completion was 1 to 1 hour and 15 minutes, and my cell phone rang right at an hour. I asked Tala is he could connect my cell phone to the computerization on the console and within 3 minutes he had me connected. My entire experience on October 6th was very very positive. More
