The mechanic rode with me, listened to my car problems the way I described it and worked on it. I am yet to check if it is completely fixed I gave 4 stars only because I had to wait and I believe it was a strange problem that's why it took so long. But if they had told me that this is what they will do I would have gone out for other work. I just had to wait there all 4 hours. To my surprise, I was notified that my car was ready within 21/2 hours.
