Excellent Service Dept. My 5 star rating and yes for recommend dealership is for the service dept. only. I have no experience in buying a car at this dealership. I want to say that when I first came here, the person who took care of me, I did not like. I can't remember his name for he left a long time ago. What I did not like about him was the stupid questions he was asking me about maintenance on my car. It would take to long here to go into detail. However I now deal with Heather Cullen, very nice person, very smart lady who knows what she is doing! I'm not saying that the other people in the Service Dept. are not good, I have so far had no experience with them. I hope I have just as good an experience when I buy my next car here!!! More

Great Service I had a great experience at Lou Sobh on Monday. I had a warning light I wanted checked out and made a 7 am appointment. After assessment - they told I had a great experience at Lou Sobh on Monday. I had a warning light I wanted checked out and made a 7 am appointment. After assessment - they told me it was my alternator and my radiator was also leaking and I needed rear brakes. It was expensive but all of these things made sense. I got my nice loaner car and went to work. I was very happy when I picked up my car hours later when I saw the technician had been able to correct some damage to the front right area from an accident with a deer some months ago when he replaced the radiator. it looks MUCH better - bonus! More
