Car Battery, Check brake pads Called Heather to explain our issues, got me an appointment with a few hours. Battery and cable replaced, part had to be ordered but I was notified by Called Heather to explain our issues, got me an appointment with a few hours. She was excellent in explaining all the things they check and what needed to be done. We trust her hold heartedly with our car and decisions. She would never push anything to be done that does not need to be done. Always friendly, caring and concerned for not only our car but us. We have ALWAYS received top quality care and reasonable prices but Heather is one of the main reasons we keep coming back to Lou Sobh.
