She is knowledgeable & she knows how to give wonderful customer service & her service team supports her proudly. Secondly, I fortunately own a 2003 Honda S2000 with low mileage, 67,000 miles. I feel extremely comfortable bringing my car to Heather for service knowing she will have quality work completed at a affordable price. In this case, parts were needed & I was put in a Honda Accord rental which was a nice treat! Great marketinkg getting to experience new products from Honda. I have been a Honda fan for many years. I'm aging myself however since my first car was a 1974 Honda Civic & been partial to Honda's ever since. I have already referred some of my neighbors to see Heather. With a truck as old as mine, there is ample opportunity to find things that need fixing. Instead, these folks advised me that the problem I thought I had needed only a slight adjustment. I ended up paying only $35.00 for an oil change, tire rotation aND complete diagnosis of my truck. Great deal! More

Service advisor said it would take about two hours, and at about the two hour mark, I was contacted that the car was ready. They had also checked the tires, brakes, belts, and fluids. All were O.K. They had also washed the car, which impressed me since there was no cost for the recall. Very clean, comfortable, waiting area with WiFi. More
