Battery replaced after 2.5 years I recently had my wife stranded because the battery on her 2015 CRV quit working after 2.5 yrs. after going back home and jump starting her car I was I recently had my wife stranded because the battery on her 2015 CRV quit working after 2.5 yrs. after going back home and jump starting her car I was able to go the the dealership and get it replaced along with a routine oil change. They were quick and efficient as always. My service writer said because I was at 48000 miles the battery was out of warranty. She gave me a discount. It’s ironic but the Honda replacement battery has a better warranty than the factory installed. Other than being disapppinted in the failure of the battery after 2.5 years I am very happy with the vehicle and service I have received . More

Excellent Service and Fantastic Staff I had a situation that needed to be handled immediately. I didn't have an appointment but Heather in the service department realized that this needed I had a situation that needed to be handled immediately. I didn't have an appointment but Heather in the service department realized that this needed to be taken care of and took us very quickly. Unfortunately the part was not available and needed to be ordered. She put us in a loaner vehicle and sent us on our way saying it would be 5-7 days before the part would be delivered. We were expecting to have to wait a week but the part was back in 1 day. My car is as good as new! Thank you More
