More than just an oil change I brought my vehicle up for an oil change. Mike Blalock met me at my vehicle and asked how he could help. The check on my vehicle identified the need for the upgrade which then was subsequently made and which I could feel the difference after leaving the dealership. Mike kept me informed of the status on the order as he made many checks for me. He gave me a reason for the upgrade and the change would put my mind at ease. I usually have the invoice from my previous visit so can verify what they are telling me. I am made to feel special and offered a seat in the waiting room or to get me a loaner car if the service will take too long. I appreciate all the service personnel at Lou Sobh from the Service Manager David to the porter who brings my car forward when the service is complete. Great service Our new 2017 CRV was due for routine maintenance- oil change and tire rotation. The tire pressure light came on th day before we took the car in. The service writer assured us they would locate problem. We were. kept informed the service technician found a nail in sidewalk. Gave us an estimate and told us they would call when ready. Everyone was polite professional and the tire repair came in under the estimate. They took the time to explain the service to me. I would highly recommend dealership. Our salesman even stopped to say hi and asked how we were doing and if we needed anything. More
