She is knowledgeable & she knows how to give wonderful customer service & The first part of my rating is towards the service advisor, Heather Cullen. She is knowledgeable & she knows how to give wonderful customer service & her service team supports her proudly. Secondly, I fortunately own a 2003 Honda S2000 with low mileage, 67,000 miles. I feel extremely comfortable bringing my car to Heather for service knowing she will have quality work completed at a affordable price. In this case, parts were needed & I was put in a Honda Accord rental which was a nice treat! Great marketinkg getting to experience new products from Honda. I have been a Honda fan for many years. I'm aging myself however since my first car was a 1974 Honda Civic & been partial to Honda's ever since. I have already referred some of my neighbors to see Heather.
