Exceptional Service Everyone was friendly on arrival. My assigned service representative Mr. Tala was ready and waiting and patiently listened and added to my ticket as Everyone was friendly on arrival. My assigned service representative Mr. Tala was ready and waiting and patiently listened and added to my ticket as I explained a couple of additional issues I was having. He had already prepared the recall information and explained what needed be done. I was there longer than I anticipated because of the added work, but the environment was so comfortable and convenient, I was able to get a ton of work done on my laptop at one of the computer desks available in the waiting room. Mr. Tala updated me regularly on the status of my vehicle and communicated the pricing for any additional work that was recommended for future visits. I was incredibly impressed with the overall environment in the garage/reception and the waiting room makes the time fly by when you have access to set up for a "mobile office". The experience was far beyond what I expected. More

Honda Service / Repair I am new to the Cumming, GA area and I appreciate the level of service and professionalism that I experienced during my first visit to Lou Sobh Honda. My service engineer, Tala was extremely personal and gave me specific instructions on how my car was to be serviced. Additionally, he recommended that I he could replace a faulty part in driver's side air bag.....WOW! This means so much to me as my girls drive my car and now I feel more confident in knowing that this part has been replaced. Thank you Tala and thank you Lou Sobh. I will be back! More
