Ryan is an outstanding service rep. I took my CRV in for a routine service and to ask for help diagnosing a weird sound I was hearing when driving. I had to call the dealership Friday night and they were about to close. Luckily Talin answered just before they were to close the service department. I explained the issue and he helped troubleshoot the pr about to close. Luckily Talin answered just before they were to close the service department. I explained the issue and he helped troubleshoot the problem by sending me photos of what to look for under the hood. I was able to remove the faulty relay and they worked me in first thing Saturday instead of having to spend the weekend without a vehicle. The repair was done and I was out the door quickly.
