I drive from Roswell to come to see Heather at Lou Sobh. She is very honest and I trust her. Would not take either of my two Honda's anywhere else! She is very honest and I trust her. Would not take either of my two Honda's anywhere else! More

There was a bit of confusion at first, as I was told on the phone that an appointment wasn't needed. But Cherron had set me up and got me serviced on the day that I came in (which was the same day I made t the phone that an appointment wasn't needed. But Cherron had set me up and got me serviced on the day that I came in (which was the same day I made the call). She listened carefully to what I wanted done and explained to me what I was asking for. She broke down the charges in advance and listened to me as I had a lot of questions about my new Honda Fit 2008 that I just recently bought. I've never owned a Honda and I'm glad that I had Cherron as my Service Advisor to be there for me. My only gripe appears to be that one of the mechanics was apparently having an off-day that day. Leaving someone else's car keys in my car by accident is a minor issue that I have no quarrel with (especially since Cherron apologized so graciously on his behalf), but my problem is my Ignition/Starter. It took me several minutes when I got home to unjam my key because one of the mechanics was either lazy or impatient and force jammed my key in. I don't know if it's common among Honda's, but my car requires a very specific startup process for the key insertion. Jamming it in and forcing it is not among the startup process. That is my only gripe that I have, but everything else was great. I'm currently scheduled to take it in today for some repairs that the prior owner had neglected. Let's hope all goes well. More
