As are most businesses, Lpu Sobh is suffering from staffing shortage. This keeps them from performing at the level I am sure they aspire to. Adam, my service rep, is very kind and followed up with me staffing shortage. This keeps them from performing at the level I am sure they aspire to. Adam, my service rep, is very kind and followed up with me regarding my repair and scheduling. Unfortunately, the repair staff did not inform him that they were behindand my hour and a half qhile I waited for my vehicle almost doubled. Harold, the service manager was very understanding as to my concern and as a team, they repaired my vehicle and still treated me with courtesy and kindness. More
