10/10 My family has been taking our cars to Lou Sobh for years, this is the only dealership we trust. The mechanics always explain what needs done or might need done and check the car to make sure that serv years, this is the only dealership we trust. The mechanics always explain what needs done or might need done and check the car to make sure that service or repairs are actually needed before recommending them. I was due for a service that would have ran me thousand of dollars if it had been done blindly, but they checked and only some of the repairs actually needed done, so it was around a thousand all in, and I felt free to opt out of some of what was done. They even checked in on me the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly! More
