Made an appointment for the recall on my CRV. Was told to come Wednesday at 2:00 and it would take 1-2 hours. When I got there I was told I couldn't wait on it because it would take too long sinc Was told to come Wednesday at 2:00 and it would take 1-2 hours. When I got there I was told I couldn't wait on it because it would take too long since things were so backed up. I was told to come back the next day and just drop it off and they’d work it in. Thursday I came to drop it off and it took a while to check in, because there were “computer issues” and then questioning if they had the part still. So aggravating. Magically they found the part after waiting in the cold service garage. Then I get a call at 5:00 told to pick it and they close at 6:00. Zero cares given that I’m a mom and have a family to take care of….just drop everything and hurry down there because the guy that checked me in wasn’t gong to be there the following day. Which apparently was kind of an issue considering the stress in his voice as to what he’d do. I mean really. Why would you expect me to drop off a car for recall and still make an appointment? Just tell me it needs to be dropped off and to come in the morning. AND if the recalled part is going to be an issue don’t make the appointment and tell me you’ll put my name on the part so that it would be available. Nobody knows what the other is doing. If you’re that busy, don’t over fill the schedule or hire more people. It’s a brand new 2025 CRV and I wasn’t even offered a loaner for a few hours while they did the repair. Made 2 trips just to get it in the door! First time at your service center and I’m definitely not impressed. Will absolutely make me rethink where I purchase my next car. If the service center is chaos then it makes me lose faith in the work you’re doing behind the scenes! Should have checked that out before I bought the car from you. More
