After a recent move to the area we chose Lou Sobh for maintenance visits for our two cars. Both times the service was easy to schedule, efficient and professionally handled. i have been very pleased with any service I have received from Lou Sobh. The Service Department has always been very helpful and answered my questions, especially regarding what is needed now vs what can be from Lou Sobh. The Service Department has always been very helpful and answered my questions, especially regarding what is needed now vs what can be done later. This definitely helps when unexpected repairs are needed, like Saturday (Also Labor Day weekend!)- the D (drive light was blinking, indicating an issue with transmission- fluid, electrical, whatever). Jimmy and the crew hooked up the diagnostic system & said parts were in stock & fixed the problem that day! Thank you guys! More
