A couple days ago I had put my Honda Civic on the market for sale on Craigslist. I was in the market for a Honda CRV AWD. From the front desk to the sales team, the customer service was superb. Never have I had a car salesman offer me hot chocolate. Everyone seemed genuine and concerned about our needs. The sales manager and staff that helped us listened to our needs and didn't pressure us into buying a car that we could not afford.The car needed obvious repairs and the sales manager went out of his way to make sure that all the repairs were made before they sold us the car. Often times, we (consumers) leave car dealerships feeling scammed and used, this was not the case. I left feeling confident in my purchase. I cannot say enough how pleased I am with my car and with the experience that I had there. I am forever grateful. More

Nick Scofield is a breath of fresh air in the car sales industry. I bought my first car 49 years ago and if Nick is the new breed, I'd be tempted to buy a new car much more frequently.
