Loving my new Honda Pilot Touring 4WD! Nick Scofield rocks! Last December we replaced my wife's 2002 Odyssey (240k miles, still being driven by my youngest) with a brand new Odyssey from Lou Sobh. Nick Scofield was our salesman, and he was an absolute gem. Kudos to Nick for putting up with the longest test drive in history :-) The new Odyssey is amazing - we consistently get over 30mpg on the highway. Our service experience with Lou Sobh has been excellent Now it was my turn to replace my 2001 Acura 3.2TL (150k miles). This time I wanted more space, better handling in inclement conditions, and towing ability. Worked with Nick again and he set me up with a 2014 Pilot Touring Edition 4WD. This car gets it right in so many ways. It is comfortable, powerful, flexible and has all the doodads I was looking for. The deal Nick, Reza and Tom worked up was impressive. Completely low pressure. I can't say enough positive about the Lou Sobh Cumming dealership or about Nick Scofield in particular. More

He consistently kept in touch and provided me with several vehicles before finally finding the right one last week. They fixed all maintenance issues it needed and had it all ready to go for pickup. HAPPY CUSTOMER - Purchase of New Honda CRV Visited your dealership on a Sunday morning before open hours thinking I would just see what was available in my price range. Wasn't sure which model Visited your dealership on a Sunday morning before open hours thinking I would just see what was available in my price range. Wasn't sure which model vehicle I wanted. I did not expect to test drive or see any sales reps early in the day. However, Jim Anderson came in early and asked if he could help us. Without any pressure he took us around to our price range, and the two vehicles I was interested in. We went for test drives in both of my choices. At one point Jim had another customer that he had previously arranged to meet with, I suggested he go ahead as we were not buying that day. He asked one of his co workers, Nick, to stand in for him while he helped us. Nick was very happy to help us and Jim. I had intended to go on to a Toyota dealer to compare prices and test drive. Jim's manager Reza advised he had two 2014 Toyota vehicles we could also test. Well, that pretty much did the trick, saved me from driving down the road and starting all over at the Toyota dealer. We left and went back twice more, Reza was outside and answered my additional questions, assuring me I was not asking "silly" questions. I wanted to think over my choices and on Monday called Jim and made an appointment to come back in. We picked out the automobile and met with Bob, in finance. All of my memories and anxieties from past auto buying experiences were soon gone. Jim set up my phone and radio and again went over all the features of the new car. Gave us a tour of the dealership and introduced me to all the other department personal. I highly recommend Lou Sobh Honda, Jim, Reza, Nick and Bob to anyone putting off buying a new car thinking it is an unpleasant experience. It was a pleasure working with such a professional team. As far as that goes, it's the chance you take when you buy used. After a few months we encountered a costly repair. After explaining the situation to Mike Sobh he offered us two options. One, he would do the repair as his cost (I have some insight and he was being honest, saving us over $1,000) The 2nd option was to trade in for something. We found a Toyota Camry, a model year new and with an upgrade package. He executed an even trade and made a customer for the long term. To be clear, they owed us nothing, the original buy was a good value and our informed decision. Mike wanted a customer who knew they could trust Lou Sobh Honda. He got one and it is much appreciated. David Smith was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and almost felt like was working for us and not the dealership. I am a very matter of fact person that knew what price the vehicle needed to be and how much I needed for my trade-in. It took a couple of back and forth rounds of give and take, but we eventually came to an agreement that left both parties feeling good. I liked how David took an initial pitch by me and presented it. He kept saying that he really wants to help me get into this vehicle at a price that will work financially. The dealership was extremely neat and clean and I would recommend this business to my friends and family. More

I explained to Nick which vehicle we were interested and how I was loyal to a particular (non-Honda) manufacturer. He was very understanding and gave us the complete history of the vehicle I was interested in and its previous owner’s maintenance history. He provided the Car Fax information for the vehicle without even being asked and allowed us to drive it on two separate occasions with no hassle. Nick seemed very knowledgeable about all makes and models of automobiles and had a very professional and polite mannerism that put you at ease. We purchased the vehicle after agreeing to a price and Nick made every effort to make us comfortable. More

He asked us a few questions about what we wanted to see, our family size and quickly figured out that we needed another Odyssey. We took a look at one that was exactly what my wife wanted. After that, it was a wrap! The sale went down smoothly. It felt like two old friends just having a conversation about reliable vehicles. What may have been 30 minutes felt like five. We met Bob Maple and 20 mins later we were driving off to that grocery store we were originally heading to. Everyone we met at the dealership was courteous and friendly. This is a classy dealership. I've already recommended this dealer to my friends and when the time comes, i'll be back. Brad & Michele More

WOMEN BEWARE! THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! My wife's car was not starting she got it to dealer and needed a battery. She gets a call saying that a timing belt should be done and then other part My wife's car was not starting she got it to dealer and needed a battery. She gets a call saying that a timing belt should be done and then other parts started falling apart and needed to be repaired. A simple Battery change turns into over a $1000 dollar repair!!!! My wife doesn't know cars and she was taken advantage of. HE NEVER TOLD HER THAT SHE COULD SCHEDULE THOSE REPAIRS! Slick parts changers are all they are we will never go back. Harald called me and told me that he was sorry I was upset at my wife for agreeing to the work but he had done nothing wrong. Terrible way to treat people and simply poor; aggressive sale tactics, preying on women like that. We are buying another car this Christmas and had hoped Lou Sobh was it because so close to the house but not now. BEWARE!!!!! More
