We had a great experience with Daniel Gonzalez at Lou Sobh Honda. From the moment we stepped on the lot, there was no pressure to buy right away. Daniel was extremely patient answering my 18 year old daughter's questions about the Honda Civic. It's her first car, so everything was a bit overwhelming to her. He took the time to show her nearly every car on the lot that met her (and our) criteria. When we left that afternoon, we felt we had all the information we needed to make a decision. We knew when we returned, we would be asking for Daniel again. We did return the next afternoon. Instead of buying one Civic, we left the lot with 2! One for her and one for me. My service advisor from a previous dealer notified me that he was moving to Lou Sobh Honda in Cumming. When I was in the market for a new Honda Accord I contacted him with questions regarding the new mod that he was moving to Lou Sobh Honda in Cumming. When I was in the market for a new Honda Accord I contacted him with questions regarding the new models. David put me in touch with a member of the sales team,Daniel Gonzalez. I made an appointment with Daniel last Saturday for a couple of test drives. Both Daniel and David met me in front of the dealer.I was very impresssed with their gesture. After test driving a couple of cars I made a decision to purchase the 2014 Honda Accord EX-l V-6. Daniel was a pleasure to work with. . He negotiated patiently with me and we settled on a mutually agreed fair price. He followed up with me the day after I purchased my new car to see if I had any questions. I would definetly buy another car from Daniel. This was a fantastic sales and service experience. I highly recommend Lou Sobh Honda to anyone looking for a new Honda. More
Kevin was 1st to approach us as we got out of our vehicle at 9:15AM, from the intense cold, he invited us inside and inquired what brought us in. We had a high monthly car payment on a 4-door Hyundai Elantra at 9:15AM, from the intense cold, he invited us inside and inquired what brought us in. We had a high monthly car payment on a 4-door Hyundai Elantra at 24k miles due to excessive negative equity carried over into the loan from a previous trade-in that wasn't paid off in full. The 2013 models had additional rebates towards making room for 2014 models. We weren't looking to change our lifestyle or upgrade, just to control our financial position a little better. They accepted our trade-in, despite negative $4k equity remaining on the loan. They also had to lower their price $4k to get the banks to consider us for a loan. After gaining from their $8k hit between Honda's MSRP price and our negative equity; we were able to drive off the lot by 1:15PM with a new 2013 Honda Civic LX. Our monthly payment is virtually identical, but we've gained a more stable product due to the price to value ratio eliminating the negative equity. We already own a Honda Odyssey and now plan to take both vehicles here for service in the future. I'll continue to do business with them in the future based off the experience that I had Saturday the 4th of January, 2013. It's great to finally have a local Honda dealership here in Cumming and Forsyth County. More
