Easy to work with We met with Chan Her looking for a 2016 Honda Pilot Elite. Although none were available, Chan and David Kellam were able to special order it for us b We met with Chan Her looking for a 2016 Honda Pilot Elite. Although none were available, Chan and David Kellam were able to special order it for us by swapping with factory orders with another dealership. Both were easy to work with once the car came in and agree to a price given the demand of that particular model. The only thing I did not like was the push by the finance manager, Bob, to offer a pricey extended warranty to only come down to half the original offer price. More
