Lou Sobh Honda of Cumming, GA/Nick Scofield Nick was very professional and knowledgeable. He was on the phone when my friend and I arrived. After I purchased my car, Nick followed-up to make sure I was satisfied. Each time I called, he returned my call. He didn't have to do this because I had bought the car at this point. Nick helped explain the many features and showed how they worked. Especially the Bluetooth and how to pair it with our cell phone. The options my wife and I wanted were installed as promised. Went into the dealership was greeted by Jacob, took it for a test drive and unlike the majority of salesman I've encountered he allowed me to experience the car with minimal input (most will constantly tell you why to buy he showed me the features and left the rest up to me). I really enjoyed my experience he did not pressure me in any way. I recommend both this dealership and this salesman. More
Great Experience! I purchased a new Honda from Lou Sobh today, my fifth new Honda, and it was by far the best experience I've had buying a new car. I called Frida I purchased a new Honda from Lou Sobh today, my fifth new Honda, and it was by far the best experience I've had buying a new car. I called Friday and spoke to the General Sales Manager, Reza Moshiri, he was professional, courteous, and eager to earn my business. After I spoke to Reza, I called 4 other local dealerships to speak with the General Sales Manager and only spoke to 1, still waiting on the other 3 to return my phone call. When I arrived at the dealership I was promptly greeted by a friendly, easy going, salesman, Bill Gaffney. Bill quickly introduced me to Reza, who was well prepared with an inventory list, and 5 minutes after arriving at the dealership, Bill had us out test driving cars. We test drove 3 cars and I finally settled on a modern steel, Accord EX. I sat down with Reza to talk numbers, he made an offer, I countered, he accepted, done deal. No BS, no wasted time or cheap sales tricks, just straight forward honest business. Afterward, Bill had the credit app and paperwork ready to go and within a few minutes I was in with the Finance Manager, Scott Baker. Again, Scott had all the paperwork ready to go, he explained everything well, and I was in and out of finance in 10 minutes. My wife and I have leased many cars over the last 8 years, I even sold cars myself years ago, and I've never been to a dealership that was so effective and efficient. There was a real sense of team work that revolved around creating a great customer experience. Everyone seemed committed to the goal of customer satisfaction, and they nailed it! I would definitely recommend Lou Sobh to Family/Friends, overall it was just a great experience! More

I ended up working with Chris Sobh and Reza Mosheri, and you can tell both have a great knowledge of their product and how to tailor it to meet individual needs. I haven't purchased a car in years, but they made it effortless and fun. I am extremely happy with my purchase and their attention to detail that day. Did not Buy Because of Reza So my wife and I went to Lou Sobh to purchase a Honda, We had Purchased a car in the Past off of Tom Terinova at another Lou Sobh Dealer. Tom Was very out going, warm, and just a great guy you could tell he was from a good family nice people. Which is what you are looking for when you are there with your family big purchase you need just a few moments to get your thoughts together. So this was not the same experience, to start off Barron was extremely belligerent and aggressive. He was completely out of hand and confrontational. So then Reza comes in to set me straight we had repeatedly asked for our car keys they would not give back after the appraisal. My wife had just lost her mother and was dealing with a bunch of things emotionally we are not animals but we were talked to like we were. The look of contempt that Reza looked at my wife with made me furious. Where in the world did he learn that and how foul of a person he would be to work or live with. So we left with out the car we tried to buy, our questions or needing time was not appropriate for them. How dare we need to leave to get a coffee in our car. We were set straight out the door and will never ever go back. Where do they find these people they would never last in any other job More
BUYER'S BEWARE, NOT AN HONEST DEALERSHIP Typical used car experience with all the extras. Price agreed upon before entering the finance dept. $4,000 increase in the price of the truck when Typical used car experience with all the extras. Price agreed upon before entering the finance dept. $4,000 increase in the price of the truck when we went to sign the papers. Had a very difficult time to get the amount financed from the (professional). He stated that, "it's all about the monthly payment and don't worry about the bottom line". Didn't fly with me and that's how we discovered the $4,000 difference. Finally had that matter settled, took delivery of the truck just to find out one of the key features and selling points of the truck was not included, even though we paid extra for it. We asked to have the navigation installed and "Best Buy" is what the answer ended up being for a GPS unit. After careful consideration between my wife and myself, we thought it unfair that we paid an extra amount for a fully loaded truck and receive less than that. When the manager, "Ted" was questioned, he answer was to bring back (his truck) as he already ripped up all the paperwork and there was no way he was going to make things right. He said the "typo" was not his problem. Very, rude, borderline aggressive bully same as the finance department. I had heard very good things about Lou Sobh dealerships from others, but this was one of the worst used car (scenarios) I've seen in quite a while. I would never recommend this dealership and if you do decide to go, please make sure the final price is agreed upon and signed before you go into finance and make sure your getting everything promised. If you have issues, hold on, it's going to hurt and your going to get a taste of the nasty side of Ted. After all of this, they had me change this feedback before they would fix a few things. Work and GPS unit half (donkeyed) no tank of gas as promised, didn't even clean the truck after working on it, only a very poor attitude as I was picking up my keys..............................What a horrible run of the mill dealership. Keep in mind when you read the feedbacks, most of the negative ones have been removed. More
