We went to Lou Sobh Honda with an amount we wanted to spend and monthly payment in mind for a Van for our daughter and walked away very close to our numbers. Our daughter loves her new Honda Van and we now have a new dealership that we will do future business with. More
Nick Scofield in sales did a decent job in helping me get the car I needed and at a great price. He was quick, to the point and helpful. I would recommend him to others in search of a car. From the moment that stage of the buying process ended it seemed to go all downhill from there. Adam Emanuele did not explain the financing nor the Honda Care/MasterTech maintenance package properly or even close to accurately. Tom, the Director of Finance, as well as Adam seem to be ill-informed or possibly just ignorant about the details of Honda financing and all that it includes. Neither finance employee will return voicemails, emails or messages left for them; in fact Tom will hang up on you in the middle of a conversation because he can't answer a question and never return your call again. I find their lack of customer service to be abominable. Lou Sobh has a brand new dealership so the facilities are spectacular and the majority of the employees are kind and accommodating however, the overall experience should have been much shorter and more simple than what it has been. If you can find any dealership with the car you're looking for at a comparable price to what this one has to offer I would pay a bit extra to save yourself the stress and delays in purchasing and owning a new car. A couple days ago I had put my Honda Civic on the market for sale on Craigslist. I was in the market for a Honda CRV AWD. Within a couple hours of posting my car Mr. Nick Scofield from Lou Sobh Honda in C for sale on Craigslist. I was in the market for a Honda CRV AWD. Within a couple hours of posting my car Mr. Nick Scofield from Lou Sobh Honda in Cumming, GA responded to my post explaining to how the dealership would buy out my car and he would get me in a CRV at an affordable price. I agreed to the CRV he offered to me and we worked out the price and payments through email and had pretty much everything worked out before I even arrived. So I made the drive over to the dealership and Mr. Scofield made the transaction smooth and painless and I was out the door in no time with my Honda CRV. I highly recommend this dealership and highly recommend working with Mr. Scofield when you arrive! More

I was referred to Mike at Lou Sobh Honda in Cumming, GA. I was somewhat undecided about what kind of vehicle I wanted so they (Mike & Nick) suggested I test drive the new 2014 Odyssey. Having already owned a older model Odyssey, I thought I was ready to give up the minivan. I test drove the new one and I liked the familiarity of the Odyssey, but loved all the new features!
