Friendly, Credible and Responsive!!!! I am over 40 and this is my first time every considering a new car. I was looking to purchase one of the most sought after SUVs on the market. (Honda I am over 40 and this is my first time every considering a new car. I was looking to purchase one of the most sought after SUVs on the market. (Honda Pilot Elite). After a couple of frustrating experiences at 2 other Honda dealerships in the Atlanta area, I had a couple text and phones calls with Thomas and Marius. These guys did a terrific tag team approach to ensure that I paid a visit. The greeters at Lou Sobh Honda did a great job making sure you got attention. Marius was chill and not pushy. I was initially concerned about ordering a vehicle from this facility because I lived almost 50 miles away. However I was comfortable with Thomas and Marius. So these guys put me in the queue to order the car which arrived in about 3 weeks. It may have help that I was not in a hurry because Pilots don't last long on Honda lots. I got a deal that was win-win. Ryan Velasquez did a great job handling the financials as well. He had knowledge about the vehicle I was purchasing and appeared to have good vision. More
