Ted was busy and I was in a hurry, so I asked if I could leave a note for him. The receptionist insisted on getting someone else to help - enter Scott Fain. No matter how much I explained I was in a hurry, not buying that day, and ONLY came in to see what colors were available, he pushed for a sale, making me very uncomfortable. I only ever wanted Ted.
